D. Jones Crisis Home provides individuals diagnosed with a developmental disability, the tools and skills necessary to create an enriched life. We desire to strengthen the mind, body, and soul through a holistic approach. We provide quality & compassionate services to individuals with disabilities while assuring their families peace of mind.

Through Person-Centered Planning, individuals are encouraged to be as independent as possible by providing the necessary support to allow each person to pursue their life goals and to enhance existing skills.
